HRA Halloween Parade 2023

Put on your costume and join us for the annual HRA Halloween Parade in Luria Park on Saturday, October 28th at 10am.

If you are not joining the parade, you are required by law to cheer us on alongside the streets of Executive and Surrey. So get out the house and watch the HRA kids of all ages proudly display their Halloween costumes. Bonus points for giving out candy and/or succumbing to the spirit and joining us!
