Holmes Run Pool 
The Holmes Run Recreation Association offers three sparkling pools in a lovely, wooded, private park-like environment with picnic areas, grills, and recreational activities

Providence RECenter
Providence RECenter's facilities include a heated, indoor 25 meter pool with 2 spas, saunas, shower and locker rooms, 3 racquetball and wallyball courts and a Fitness Center featuring a FitLinxx circuit, more than 20 cardiovascular machines, and a Pilates studio. There is an arts and crafts room, dance room and several multipurpose rooms where classes are held. These rooms are also available for party and meeting rental.

Hidden Oaks Nature Center
Hidden Oaks Nature Center, minutes inside the Beltway, features a pond and an interactive exhibit ideal for children 2 yrs. and older. Located in the 52-acre Annandale District Park, the center is nestled among woodland trails and creeks with gardens and a 
nearby playground. Inside the nature center, facilities include live animal displays, a climbing "tree" loft/puppet stage, a resource library and the Urban Woodlands interactive exhibit. View the nature center rain garden.

A pedestrian-friendly neighborhood of shops and restaurants such as Ovvio Osteria, Village Yoga, Blackfinn, Dunkin Donuts, Lost Dog Café, Crave Frozen Yogurt, Green and White Cleaners, Jimmy Johns, Noufal Hair Salon & Spa, and Dickey’s Barbecue.
