The Holmes Run Acres Civic Association is hosting its annual Oktoberfest on Saturday, October 5th, from 4:00-8:00 pm (or later) at the circle green on Sycamore Circle. (Note: this is a change from previous years) We'll be serving up a variety of bratwurst, sauerkraut, beer, and festive music. Seating will be provided. If you'd like to contribute, feel free to bring a German-themed side or dessert—completely optional! RSVP here. While this is an HRACA-sponsored event, a donation jar will be available if you'd like to contribute to helping cover this event and others throughout the year. Lastly, don’t forget to bring your HRA Membership Forms—there will be a table for drop-off.  Looking for more October fun? Join us on Sunday, October 27th for the HRA Halloween Parade & Day in the Park! The parade kicks off at 11:00 AM, followed by a day full of activities. We’re excited to bring back HRA Day in the Park, featuring a chili cook-off, games (including a classic cake walk), and a live band showcasing young, up-and-coming HRA musicians.
